Pay the way that suits you. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner CHIP — BrewHaus never sees or stores your card details.

Touch 'n Go eWallet Pay in a few taps — you will be taken to the Touch 'n Go eWallet app or a QR code to approve the payment.
Cash on Delivery / Pay at Cafe Choose this at checkout and pay in cash when your order arrives, or at the counter when you pick it up.

A small processing fee of RM1.00 applies to online payments and is shown before you pay.

Walking in? Pay at the counter with cash, card or your favourite e-wallet. Ask for a printed receipt any time.

How It Works

1. CheckoutAdd your drinks to the cart, choose pickup or delivery, then pick a payment method.
2. Pay securelyOnline payments open the secure CHIP page. Complete the payment there.
3. Get confirmationYou return to BrewHaus with your order status, and a receipt is sent to your e-mail.

Questions

My payment failed. Was I charged?

If the payment did not go through, no money is taken and your cart stays saved so you can try again. If your bank shows a deduction for a failed order, contact us with your order number and we will check it for you.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Payments are handled on CHIP's secure page with bank-grade encryption. Your card number is never shared with or stored by BrewHaus.

Can I get a refund?

If something is wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and our team will sort it out with you.

Where can I see my receipt?

Open My Orders and tap View Details on any order. Online payments also get an e-mail receipt.
